The following is a guided meditation I recorded that has two parts: part one utilizes progressive muscle relaxation, and part two involves a body-scan. In combination, these two techniques can be very relaxing. You may find it easier to do this meditation with your eyes closed, or you may prefer to keep them open and fixed on a specific object (e.g., a candle).
